| How exactly has George W. bush violated the U.S. Constitution? | | I'd really like to see a good, solid list of his constitutional violations. I am not asking for a Bash Bush thread, or a load of "Bush lied, people died" crap. I'm really looking for honest answers like saying "Warrantless wiretaps violate the 4th amendment i.e. search and seizure". If you could provide a specific part of the constitution with your claims, I'd really appreciate it. If you're interested in talking about Obama's violations, do me a favor and wait on that.
